Nar Valley Way

We completed walking the Nar Valley Way, setting off at 7am from Castle Acre towards Kings Lynn and finishing for a welcome drink at the Bank House in Kings Lynn just after 12.30. This stretch of the walk stays pretty well most of the time close to the river and the area between Castle Acre and Narborough is lovely. However, the most beautiful part of the river lies below our house at Castle Acre, where the river meanders across Minns Meadow, across the ford and skirts around the Priory, but sadly this stretch is left out and walkers are diverted through the village.
